ArkivIT is a consulting company with expertise in digital archive and information management, offering services in our areas of Archive & Registry, Data Protection, Information Security, and E-Archive. The company was founded in 2010, and since then, our services have expanded, our expertise has grown, and we continue to thrive. Our consultants are dedicated to their profession and contribute their specialist knowledge to clients all over Sweden. Our ambition is to take care of and safeguard the digital cultural heritage while strengthening our clients in modern e-governance and information management.
About the role We are looking for someone with previous experience as an archivist who wants to advance in their career. As a consultant with us, you will have a variety of tasks within archive and information management. You will support our clients and help them maintain the highest possible standards in information management. You will also work strategically with governing documents in information management and educate and inform about regulations and legislation. Your expertise will make you a sought-after advisor in the field.
You will be part of our consulting team "Archive & Registry” and become a member of a knowledge-driven, curious, and engaged group that enjoys sharing knowledge and sees great benefits in working broadly across the competence area of information management. In this role, you will work partly on-site with the client, with the possibility to work remotely from home, depending on the client's needs and the nature of the assignment.

Qualifications
- University degree in archival science with at least 60 credits or equivalent higher-level education
- Several years of experience as an archivist, e-archivist, IT-archivist, or equivalent role
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
Personal qualities We are looking for someone who is flexible, attentive, and pragmatic in their work approach, with a good ability to communicate your message in a pedagogical manner. You are humble and meticulous in your archival knowledge and enjoy working result-oriented and are confident in your delivery. You are curious and aware of developments in the field and enjoy staying constantly updated.
